Before applying, ensure you have the following ready:

1. A copy of your pet’s vaccination record

2. A clear photo of your pet

3. Your pet’s basic information (name, age, breed, sex, etc.)

4. Your intended arrival date and travel details

Once you submit the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email. You can then proceed to the payment page to purchase your permit package.

Important: Your application will only be processed after payment is completed.
